Phoenicia Holiday Resort, Mamaia

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is superb, right on the shore, offering stunning views. The rooms are spacious, but unfortunately, housekeeping could do a better job as they weren't cleaned properly. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the dining choices were limited especially at breakfast. Overall, it’s a decent place if you don’t mind a few shortcomings, particularly with the cleanliness.
